6 weeks and counting,

This review is from: ClearBlue Easy- Digital Pregnancy Test, 4 Test (2 Pack) (Health and Beauty)
When I bought this test I was sick of trying to figure the line thing out. I wanted a straight answer. When I took the test it came back positive. Then I went online to see how accurate it really is. When I stumbled on these reviews my heart sank. It was 9 at night and had to wait 12 hours before I could go to the doctor. The next morning I woke up and took the second test in the pack (just to see) and it came back positive. I became more excited but still uneasy.
I went to the doctor at 8 am and had blood work done. at 9:15 (I am in the military and get immediate results) I was told that I was not pregnant. I went home and cried for a while, but then I got mad. Who did clearblue think they were? How could they have such a bad product? Well in my anger I had to try another test just to see. I went to the store and got an EPT + or - test. I took that at 10:00 and a + showed up. There is not way two different tests would be wrong? Well back to the doctor at 1:15. This time I had blood and urine taken. 1:45 I AM PREGNANT. I was 4 weeks 4 days. Both tests came back positive. Clearblue easy gave me a better result than my first blood test. It is that sensitive to the HCG levels. If you read all the other posts here do not let it shatter your hopes. This test helped me prove my doctor wrong. Around 27 June 09 I should have my proof.

Worked for me,

All the bad reviews had me freaked out over nothing. I got two positives, but was convinced they were "false". My doctor confirmed the pregnancy. The only way to get a "false positive" is if you miscarry very early, around the time of your expected period. This is called a chemical pregnancy.

Don't buy this test!,

2 false positives, 2 different cycles. This thing is a waste of time. Did some research and apparently First Response (just the normal line test) is meant to be the best.

FALSE POSITIVE!!,

Avoid these tests! These digital tests have a high rate of false positives, which is WAY more disappointing than a false negative. I tested 5 weeks after my last period, not too early, and was elated to see the 'pregnant' displayed on the screen. Then 2 days later, started bleeding, went in for a blood test, and turns out, I was never pregnant, just late. Could have saved myself some heartache.

Not so Clear not so Blue,

I happen to not like either of the Clear Blue Easy tests and just an FYI, the information I have found is that in the United States Clear Blue Easy Digital has a sensitivity of 50mIU and the Clear Blue +/- is 25 mIU. The +/- is notorius for having evaporation lines and the digital is also known for giving "false positives". I forget the brand I used when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter (after many ClearBlue Easy negatives) but I remember it had pink lines. Those seem to be easier to read as the pink dye is better distinguishable from a gray evaporation line than is blue dye. Just a few things to keep in mind...

False Positive,

This thing gives false positives. First time I had ever taken one, so I was surprised when "pregnant" came up right away. Took another (from the same box) "not Pregnant" went to the doctor same day for blood, negative. Started period. I was just late. After reading more reviews on other sites, this thing gives false positives regularly. I don't recommend this test.

Best test on the market!,

I think these are the most sensitive HPT on the market, even more sensitive than First Response Early Results. I tested positive as early as 10 days past ovulation with these, while there was barely a line on the FRERs.

false positive,
This review is from: ClearBlue Easy- Digital Pregnancy Test, 4 Test (2 Pack) (Health and Beauty)
I don't recomend using clearblue easy digital Pregnancy test. After TTC for 13 months I was elated to get a "pregnant" in the display. This was 5 weeks after LMP so I knew I had not tested to early. When my blood work came back from my doctor I found out I was NOT pregnant and had never been pregnant. False positives are not common and not pleasant. I will never use digital again.

Just use the regular ClearBlueEasy!,

I never used the digital test, but I did use the regular ClearBlueEasy and i highly recommend it. There was NO waiting, and there was NO debating. I dont understand the purpose of digitizing such a rapidly responding test!! Save your money and buy the old fashioned kind!!
