About the Author

Dr. Alvin Low graduated as the top student in the Business Department, and was the overall most outstanding graduate from his college in Singapore. He abandoned a lucrative career in the business world to pursue theological training at Dallas Theological Seminary, where he received his Master's degree in Theology, his Doctor of Theology degree, and was awarded the H.A. Ironside Award for being the Most Outstanding Preacher of the Year in 1982 - the first Asian to receive the award in the history of that seminary. He also completed his second doctorate (Ph.D.) from Trinity Theological Seminary. Dr. Low now has 30 years of preaching and teaching experience in over 40 countries and is the author of 14 books. He and his wife Susan have three children - Michelle, Maisie, and Nathan.
