Man oh man does this stuff work! We have stainless steel thermal coffee pots at the office that get heavy use. The "strong" pot was so dirty it looked like a layer of tar inside. Stiff brushes and anything else would not touch it. We depended on hot water to sterilize. Three or four squirts and a soak in just under boiling water (just ran the coffee machine with no coffee), let it sit, and wow, the water poured out black and the pot was almost totally clean. One more time and it was shining. I am totally impressed!!!!

Does what it is suppose to do with no effort. Removes those stubborn coffee stains out of my mugs.

I was very skeptical since I had tried different products to clean our office pots with not much luck. The reviews were good on this one, so I decided to give it a try. I was amazed at the results. If you haven't already, purchase a C-shaped bottle brush because it did take a little scrubbing.

Clearly Coffee Pot Cleaner is the best cleaner to clean coffee pots. Only one time use and it removes all the stain. I'm 100% satisfy with this product.

Works like magic! We had some pretty badly stained coffee pots in my office. After applying an application of the Urnex and hot water, they were like new!

I use this on stainless steel thermal carafe's and it makes it look like new. I had one that was used for ~12 months and was totally black. One cleaning and it's like new.

I needed to clean the stainless steel thermal pot on my Bunn drip coffee maker. Sadly, this product isn't able to even touch the staining coffee oils enough to soften them so I can brush the pot clean. Heck, even a stainless scrubby won't even remove the oil stain in my pot!

If you clean your pot at least twice a week, or more often, this product might work Ok but if you seldom clean your pot don't waste your money on this product 'cause it's not up to deep severe coffee pot cleaning.

This product is for something besides coffee pot cleaning since it doesn't do that very well.

I have some double insulated stainless steel coffee mugs that got really stained and I couldn't clean them out--no brushes would fit in there to scrub them. I tried this and was amazed. One of my mugs took several applications but it was really worth it. Unfortunately, the instructions are really sketchy on the bottles because they are made for commercial carafes so you have to experiment a bit.

I work in the food service industry. I have used Urnex for years to clean our coffee pots at work. It work wonders on my coffee pots at home. I love it.

Just soaked the coffee pot in a water and a pinch of this cleaner. All the black stuff inside the pot came off. No scrubbbing required
