About the Author

Diana Clark is a Seattle based writer-illustrator, and the author of three delightful childrens books. Her first book, "Clearwater Girl", was released in 2006, followed by "Sarah and the Golden Earring" and "The Totem Water Buffalo". Born in Alabama, she currently resides in Bellevue, Washington with her daughter. Diana has been a free-lance writer and artist for over a decade. Inspired by her travels, she is interested in music and art. An animal lover at heart, Diana is an avid horsewoman, concerned about animal welfare and the protection and the ecology of our planet.

Diana Clark was born in Mobile, Alabama, and grew up in Irving, Texas. As a teenager she moved to Washington State where she currently resides. For over a decade she has been a freelance writer and illustrator. Her first children's picture book, "Clearwater Girl," was released in 2006, followed by "Sarah and the Golden Earring", and "The Totem Water Buffalo." Following her desire to write full-length novels, she shifted direction and is now writing young-adult. Part romance, part science-fiction, "The Stone Ones" trilogy is high in adventure and action packed.
