In my area, both Tavist and its store-brand generic versions are no longer available in major drugstores or big-box retailers. This is now where I get the clemastine fumarate that I take nearly every day for respiratory allergies, at a price comparable to that at the discount stores where I used to get it.

It was a good find and shipped very quick but product not doing as well as I thought it would but was a great buy.

I buy these for my dog, after taking him to the vet for so many skin and ear infections, and unexplained sores between his toes. The Veterinary allergy specialist suggested several over-the-counter allergy meds for humans and after trying several, I was happy to find this generic antihistamine. Its the same as Tavist or Dayhist which I tried first but found too expensive. Clemastine Fumarate is great because the pill is small enough to get the dog to take, they're 12-hour pills so only have to give in am & pm. And most important, this is the LEAST EXPENSIVE place to get them WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION. Being over-the-counter meds, you wouldn't think you'd need a prescription, especially for a dog, but that's what some online vendors require!

These were unavailable for awhile and I was so disappointed to have to get another (more expensive) allergy med for my dog. So I am really glad this product is available again from this source. IF your dog has runny eyes, sneezes alot, gets unexplained sores, red splotches on his underside, licks his paws alot, or frequent infections requiring antibiotics,check with your vet or an allergy specialist (my regular vet didn't figure out these were allergic symptoms).

Item arrived right on time and was as promised, though the bottle looked different. I have been buying this product from Amazon for years...always arrives as expected.

Have used Tavist/Clemastine Fumarate for nearly ten years now. It can make you somewhat drowsy, but it does work.
