About the Author

Over the years, Sean O’Neill has been published in a variety of periodicals not including the New Yorker, the Washington Post and the Times of London. He has had a varied career as a humorist and has eschewed appearing on many TV shows, including but not limited to Saturday Night Live and the Jerry Springer Show. In 2008, for the third year running, he was not awarded the Conde Nast Humorist of the Year Award. This is his second, but by no means last, book of light verse in print. Sean O’Neill does not live in New York with a household of seven cats and a canary.

More About the Author

Originally from Scotland, Sean O'Neill has traveled a bit, including living in Ireland, England (twice), Italy and the USA - which is where he currently resides. He worked as a freelance journalist for about seven years in the UK, and had a regular weekly column in national Sunday newspapers. Sean has had poetry, short stories and articles published in a variety of publications. In April 2011, he began publishing his novels as Kindle ebooks on Amazon. The books range from thigh-slapping funny, to nail-biting tense, and every possible nuance in between. Sean is also a proficient artist and has taken on commissions ranging from book-cover design and illustration to wedding invitations. His paintings are sold internationally and are in several collections in the UK and the USA. When he is not publishing books, Sean works as a translator and has translated several books from Italian and French into English.
