4.0 out of 5 stars Adorable
Clifford is a classic and this Easter book will probably become a family favorite. Personally, I love baby Clifford more than the grown version, so this was something I had to pick up.

Things to know about this book

1. This is an Easter book yet it is not religious. The focus is on dying eggs and hiding them
2. This is a durable board book,...

1.0 out of 5 stars "Story" is fine...PICTURES ARE HORRIBLE!!!
OK so the story is fine, and it's a lift-the-flap book, so every kid loves it, of course. But...most of the pictures of cute little Emily Elizabeth are absolutely frightening!! I mean, seriously...my husband mentioned it, and he is not the "book critic" type by any means. Emily Elizabeth looks like some kind of monster in most of the illustrations. I thought perhaps...

I mean, seriously...my husband mentioned it, and he is not the "book critic" type by any means. Emily Elizabeth looks like some kind of monster in most of the illustrations. I thought perhaps the drawings had been stretched to fit the book's format or something...but no...the pictures of Clifford the puppy, and everything else on the page are fine...except for scary-looking distorted-faced Emily Elizabeth.
If you want to buy this book, be sure to look at it in the store first so you know what you are getting before you buy it!!!

This review is from: Clifford's First Easter: A Lift-The-Flap Book (Hardcover)
Let your child join Clifford (the small red puppy in this book) as he prepares for Easter. Your child will love finding out what is in the grass, behind the milk, and outside, behind the curtains. Clifford's First Easter is another great Clifford story that your child will love being involved in!
