I am working on getting my Realtor license and I got this book so that I can study and make test taking less frightning. So far this has been a great review of all the material I learned in my class. It also has been very helpful with preparing me for multi-choice questions that can be very tricky. In the back there is a good size section exclusively for math review that I am also very pleased with.

Although the exam is not interactive, and you must write your answers down, it was very very helpful and consistent with the actual exam material. Much better than some of the other exam practice tests I used.

A couple mistakes in this book makes me think twice about the accuracy of the answers to the questions at times. I'll be looking for more tests study from to be better prepared for my upcoming exam.

For example, in Practice Exam 5, Question 65. The answer is $164,849.30. However there is no answer provided in the multiple choices. I don't know if it's the author or the editor, but either should review material more carefully when establishing credibility of a study aid that is TRYING to help those taking the exam.
