5.0 out of 5 stars Best New Program of the new Millennium, April 20, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Climbing From the Fifth Station: A Guide to Building Teams That Work! (Paperback)
This book and the program it describes is a must for managers as well as people in the helping professions. It is so common sense that you find yourself thinking, "why didn't I think of that?" While it is very enlightening, it is also very enagaging and entertaining. Very hard to put down and will be a favorite reference for a long time to come.
