Best New Program of the new Millennium,

This book and the program it describes is a must for managers as well as people in the helping professions. It is so common sense that you find yourself thinking, "why didn't I think of that?" While it is very enlightening, it is also very enagaging and entertaining. Very hard to put down and will be a favorite reference for a long time to come.
