This is a new edition of the "Colour Atlas of Heart Disease", published in 1990. Completely revised, the book contains more than 700 illustrations covering pathology and investigation techniques appropriate to each pathological condition. Also included is a section on the principles of management. Each section and subsection is arranged in two parts. The first part contains the text with the illustrations printed in the margins to allow the user to review the material contained within the section. In the second part, each illustration is reproduced in a large, full colour format, accompanied by detailed notes and annotated line diagrams. The book should be of interest to cardiologists in training; physicians with an interest in cardiology; and senior cardiologists as a teaching resource.
