This large, old tome is very useless for the price on the cover. I got this primarily for the option of accessing the book online and using while at work. It is very limited in this regard. The server for the online edition is extremely slow, loading images at a snails pace. Also the search option is extremely lacking. Most common search terms (like oropharyngeal mass, thalamic mass) return 0 hits. I was seduced by the idea of such a book, the implementation is quite lacking.

Not sure what the motivation was for the previous review. This is a MUST HAVE book for the radiology oral boards and an invaluable resource for generating differential diagnosises. Relevant sections should be reviewed before the start of every rotation during your entire residency.The illustrations and pictures are well done and very useful. Discussions are very in depth and right on with questions asked during the oral examination.

THE AUTHOR HAS USED VERY OLD ILLUSTRATIONS WHICH NOBODY USES NOW. THESE OLD FIGURES ARE TOTALLY USELESS.
