I have widely used this book in a professional setting and it provides consice descriptions of laboratory tests, their significance in disease settings, as well as related disorders that may affect the parameter you are analyzing. I highly reccomend this book as a good reference for anyone working with hematology, biotechnology, clinical studies or wanting general laboratory test information.
