I dont usually Awrite reviews on Amazon.. but i feel every resident should know abt this book..For a pediatrics residents, this book is simply 'A MUST'! When i first got the book, my intention was to help me mostly in the ER kind of work.. bt no! it has almost everything i need for ER/Clinic/Inpatient/and even PICU patients!! i dont know how they all the needed info in a relatively small book.. but for every patient i have, i would find practically everything i need (including orders/workup, the meds with doses and f/u!!) wrapped in one place... I have to say that initially my colleagues didnt like its layout (little dry), a lot of them now have their own copies! :) Bottom line: IF YOU ARE A PEDIATRIC RESIDENT, JUST GET IT!! u'll never regret it! Good luck..
