This book is conveniently spiral-bound for easy access to information. It is an excellent set of nursing practice guidelines that can be adapted by an institution for its own use. It is categorized into diseases and clinical states e.g. Pain, Disorders of the Respiratory System. Each section takes you through the nursing process with Assessment and Nursing Management. The Nursing management section has an assessment, diagnosis, patient outcome, intervention and teaching, and evaluation guideline. Well worth the money.
