This compact, clinically oriented manual, written especially for trainees and practitioners in pediatrics and nephrology, is designed to teach nonspecialists how to recognize and begin treatment of pediatric renal problems. The approach is purely clinical and applied. At the end of each chapter a discussion of several common problems related to the clinical application of the text will be used to bring out the teaching points. The text also includes case histories from the authors' collections, and commentaries by international authorities on selected controversial areas.
