Book condition did NOT meet the vendor's claim.,

The vendor claimed that this book was "like new", but when I received the book, the book had numerous pen markings on many internal pages. I would NOT consider this condition "like new". Instead the vendor should have correctly stated that the book had many PEN markings (not erasible) on internal pages, and that the book was of old edition.
Nevertheless, it did have some information on Urology that would be of some interest to me, and the price was reasonable.
