The old saying of "you get what you pay for?"
... well, it runs true with Clinique.
I know that I can buy cheaper foundation in department stores, but the Clinique foundation is always great.
This "perfectly real" blend covers well without being too heavy.

This make up blends perfectly for my skin tone and texture. will not cake on like other foundations. looks really natural especially with concealer underneath..Highly recommend!

My title pretty much says it all. I sometimes order my Clinique through Amazon, for two reasons:
1. Sometimes the item I want is not available at the Clinique counter or through their website.
2. It is usually cheaper through Amazon.
And it's the same exact product, so why not? I have used this foundation for years and love it. Just be sure to go and try out the different shades so that it matches up to your skin tone.

I buy this foundation (in Shade 02 P, for my light skin) primarily because it usually makes me eligible to receive Clinique's giftbag. (Which means I pay for a foundation and get eyeshadow, mascara, lipstick and a nice bag for FREE!) Overall, the foundation works very well. It's thin enough that it makes my skin look real (hence it's name), but thick enough that it covers blemishes nicely, and evens my skin tone. But, on another note, for someone who uses foundation every day, it can get a bit pricey. If you are young, and you're just looking to cover up or even-out a little bit, it might be more worth it to buy something from the drugstore. I do this, and save my Clinique for special occasions or when I want it to stay on for a long time. (I have found that Clinique foundation lasts pretty well.) Also, as a side point, if you want to make the foundation last longer (and you have dry, I think it helps to apply moisturizer beforehand. I often find that my skin soaks up the foundation just because it's moisture deprived!
