Great item, weakness is clip
Basically, there isn't much to complain about. It is plastic. It is bright enough at dusk to dark. And, it works well for it's design. The weakness is the clip. That weakens over time.

Wish it would have lasted..
The first time I wore it the battery compartment opened while I was wearing it, and the batteries fell out..never to be found. Before that I was loving the amount of light it put out, and the fact that it swiveled. Probably would have gotten 5 stars if it didn't break the first time I used it.

This device didn't ever work. When I examined it to check the wiring, the plastic frame broke. I used a electrical continuity checker: negative.
