5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product, December 31, 2004
This review is from: Clip-n-Seal Bag Clips - Variety 3 Pack (Kitchen)
I bought the variety pack of clip-n-seals, hoping to replace the various rubber bands and chip-clips I had in the cupboard. Clip-n-seal is not only easy to use - it's also more durable and does a better job of keeping things fresh. I use it to store my coffee, keep chips and crackers crunchy, and store leftovers in the fridge. Also good for keeping a bag sealed during marinating. I loved it so much that my entire family got a set for Xmas this year.

Compared to chip clips: It is simplicity at it's best, and it will last. There is no mechanism to break. It takes up little space. Looks neater. The grandkids can get to their snacks easier. (Could be a pro or a con-LOL). I will buy some for their parents. They will love it for camping.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Clip Ever, October 19, 2005

Upon first seeing the CNS, I thought "cute, but does the world really need a better chip clip?"

So, later on I came into a supply of CNSs and I can now say: yes, the world DOES need a better chip clip. The CNS is SO much better than other clips of this kind that you will find yourself searching for ways to use it. It's more durable, easier to use, and can be used in more ways. And, yes, it really seals things better.

5.0 out of 5 stars Must-Have for Every Household, March 22, 2007

I was also hesitant at first, wondering if the CNS would really prove to be a must-have in my house. After getting one through a friend, it wasn't too long before I ordered several more.

The un-obtrusive design is easily stored, easy to use and provides a solid seal on nearly any kind of food bag. I've gotten several questions from friends who notice it in the kitchen and they're also surprised at how easy it is to use while still providing a great hold. LOVE IT!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Truly the only chip clip you'll ever need, August 22, 2008

I was considering purchasing the standard chip clips yet again (the older ones we had broke just like they always do), but I came across these gems and decided to give them a try. They are very simple, but they complete the task perfectly. Using them is easy, you just snap the two pieces around the bag and push them together. They do an excellent job. In fact, if you left air in the bag and try to push it out after placing the clip you likely will not be getting the air out.

You can use them for crackers, chips, snack bags, bread (much better than the standard bread ties), and just about anything else. You can also seal liquids in bags, but I'd be careful. If the bag is really slick and the contents are heavy, there is a possibility it'd slip out of the clip.

The clips can be measured and trimmed to suit your needs, but I'd just recommend buying various sizes. The best thing about these clips is that they cannot be broken. There are not any springs or flimsy plastic parts like the standard chip clips. Storage is simple as well, these fit in any drawer and do not take up much space. Highly recommended!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great bag clips for all uses!, March 26, 2009

I came across these in an article about "cool new products" and found them online. I ordered a small "sampler" pack to try them out, and have since ordered a number of them in different sizes. They're wonderful! They take up significantly less drawer/cabinet space than traditional bag clips when not in use; they come in different lengths and thicknesses for a variety of needs (anything from tiny thin craft-supply bags to big, thick dog food bags); and you can cut them down to fit specific bags (for instance, if you have a clip that you'll always be using for that bag of coffee beans). They're great for use in the kitchen, pantry, garage, workshop, craft room, laundry room, etc. I highly recommend these, and have used them to replace all of the bulky bag clips in my home.
