Oh Aduriz, why oh why do you constantly snub publishing your written work into English? Oh well, magnificent pictures and creativity. A must have for chefs who think Thyme, Rosemary and Tarragon are the de-facto culinary herbs. An eye-opening view into the "honed-down" style of Mugaritz. I purchased an expensive Catalan/English dictionary just to translate some of the recipes myself, completely worth it! This is the second printing as the first hardcover edition is almost impossible to find. This is fast becoming a rare edition initself and urge any chef interested in a more naturalistic approach to modern Spanish cusine to get a copy if and when they can.
