Customer Reviews

Really works great on white fabrics that are stained.
Sharon Hurst
I like using the fine tip of this bleach pen to apply a bead of bleach gel along the grout and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then wipe it off.
Stefohnee
I did use it on some grout at the sink in the bathroom where I sit and it has worked.

I am 28 and have never used bleach on my clothes. I grew up with tide bleach alternative, which meant I never had to separate my whites. As I've gotten older and my clothes have gotten nicer and more expensive, I have had to investigate to find alternatives to tossing stained clothes.

Firstly, armpit stains on white shirts: beware!

Secondly, the applicator tip draws a thin line of gel bleach, so you can get into all sorts of crevices if you have mixed color clothes. This works fantastically, unless you FORGET TO CHECK ON YOUR CLOTHES. Please watch your item when you're using this on a mixed color cloth. The longer you leave this on the cloth, the more the line of bleach will expand to cover a larger radius. I have used this on thin stripes of white next to thin stripes of blue, forgotten about it, and came back to find some of the blue gone.

Thirdly, I have only had absolute success with this product on cotton textiles. I have tried this ONCE on a different material (to take out a stain from a white mattress) and though it did remove the stain, it left a weird purple-ish mark.

Fourthly, this item REALLY WHITENS. Some cloth may look white, but is maybe off-white or creamy. Please make sure you aren't whitening these - you will see the brightness of this product against the rest of the item.

I tried "professional" grout cleaners, I tried the suggestions from HGTV, and many products. Then I used the Clorax Bleach Pen. Not only was it the fastest and the easiest product to use, but most important was it gave the cleanest result.

Any white shirt I own is a MAGNET for stains, especially coffee. I have one white sweater that had the misfortune of being in the line of fire of a coffee spill, and the stain was allowed to sit for two weeks before I finally realized if I didn't take care of it, I would have to throw it out.

I bought the Clorox bleach pen at Walmart because I HATE using liquid bleach in the washing machine. I figured I would give it a shot and figure out what to do if it didn't work.

I will say - I slopped a bit on the stain and watched it fade and disappear before my eyes. It was really incredible. I never actually expect these things to work as well as I want them to, and this exceeded my expectations.

I use this product mostly to keep my bathtub tile grout looking white all the time. It kills any mildew and it's so easy to apply with the two separate tips. The tube has two ends that open up and dispense the gel; one end is a brush and the other end is a thin pen-like nozzle. I've also used this on small stains on clothing and towels before tossing in the wash. The gel is great because it stays in one place rather than splashing onto an area that you don't want to get bleached. Great product!

I am using these for arts and crafts, and they're great or that. I cannot speak about their cleaning qualities.

We bought that expensive name brand (GE) caulk that claims not to mold. It molds every time. Anyway, I found that pouring plain bleach on the caulk does nothing (and makes me feel really sick). One day I tried the thick tip of this bleach pen, I came back 30mins-1hr and it was like magic. No scrubbing was needed, the thick gel made the resistant mold completely disappear! Please try it, you'll be amazed and can thank me later. :)

Plus it works well on white laundry but I haven't tried that recently. I use it exclusively for the bathroom now!

I like using this for my kitchen counters. Whoever remodeled the kitchen before we moved in decided it would be a brilliant idea to install white tiles with white grout. Well, the grout stays white for about 5 minutes until something gets spilled on it - coffee, crumbs, spices, etc. I like using the fine tip of this bleach pen to apply a bead of bleach gel along the grout and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then wipe it off. Clean off the counter with hot water, dry it off and it actually seems like the gel keeps working. I notice a significant brightening of the white grout after the initial 5-10 minutes, but even after removing the gel and wiping down the counters I think it gets even whiter within the next few hours. Definitely really great for this job.
