Like an idiot, I sorted my clothes and missed a brand new silk red shirt in my white pile. So you know exactly what happened after leaving it in my humid basement...That's right, it stained my white Victoria Secrets Corset Dress. That dress is irreplaceable to me! Anyway, I looked at my dress and almost cried because 1. I know better 2. I was rushing 3. my dress looked like a ty-dye (sp) accident and 4. if the stain didn't come out, I couldn't get another dress.

After reading other reviews of "oxy" products turning white clothes to yellow, I was VERY hesitant to use this one but I trust Clorox. First, I pre-treated the stains with a paste of water, liquid Tide, and Oxy-Magic and let it sit until the paste began to dry. Second, I ran luke warm water in the washing-machine, added two scoops of Oxy-Magic, and liquid tide, and let the dress soak for about 2 hours(it was supposed to only be one according to the box but I was cooking and forgot about it, so sue me :-P). Finally, I turned on the machine & washed the dress...when it came out, the stains were gone. I was so friggin happy!!!! And I will be wearing that baby tomorrow!

So in short I HIGHLY recommend this product but don't forget to follow directions.
