I honestly do not think there is any better product out there besides Clorox bleach. You can use this stuff to kill any germ almost (be sure you dilute it first, however), plus it whitens your clothes better than anything. I've tried all the store labels and other knock offs but they just do not work as well. Great, great product, been using it forever, my mother and grandmothers as well. Highly, highly recommend!

Clorox is fine for water purification but if stored does not last more than 6 months or so. You can buy powdered calcium hypochlorite (swimming pool cleaner) and it will last forever. Don't accidentally get sodium hypochlorite. Also, make sure there aren't other active ingredients. Buy extra to give to friends and neighbors in a disaster situation. Search online for directions on how to create a solution with the calcium product, and then use small amounts of that to purify water.

I ordered this product thru..ONlineServiceValueChoice ...and they sent me the Commercial
Germicidal product instead of the one for Laundry's use... I contacted customer service and they said BOTH the Ultra Bleach for Laundry's use and the germicidal products are the same product which is NOT Correct.... So be cautious when you order from this company...I will not order from them again... Also the shipping container was of poor quality and the Bleach Bottles were hanging thru openings and I was surprised I received them in one shape... R. Smith
