My book was in great shape. It shipped and arrived on time. It was exactly like the description stated. thank you!

One of the reviewers mentioned that there aren't a lot of changes to this edition, but don't be fooled into buying an old edition for a cheaper price. Although the chapters cover the same general topics, there is a lot of new information in this book. For example, this edition includes new versions of Duck's theory of relational dissolution and Baxter's dialectics theory, as well as research on chemical attraction, intimate terrorism, antisocial maintenance behavior, just to mention three of many topics, that aren't anywhere in the 2nd edition. Plus the chapter on closeness is really different.

Excellent book. Although, the plastic wrap was off, it was still brand new and $30! The book itself is easy to comprehend. It is interpersonal communication but more focused on dating and sexual relationships. It is a very good book to use.

The book arrive extremely quickly and in perfect condition. I have zero complaints with this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The textbook I ordered was affordable and fit the description. Excellent buy!

What's great about this book is that it's way cheaper than the third edition but has essentially all the same content. Just look at your course syllabus to see 3 of the chapters are shifted. (That's about it!) As far as the content goes...well, it was pretty much common sense or information I've learned from previous classes. Also, I haven't learned too many useful techniques (such as examples of cognitive behavioral methods) to apply to my relationship. I wish the book would have told me exactly how to talk to my partner when troubles come up.
