This review is from: Close-Up Photography (Pro-Photo) (Paperback)
As well as being an inspirational read, this book is a terrific guide to achieving superb close-up photographs with a minimum of specialist equipment. The key to taking close-up photographs is composition. This book guides you through the process of selecting from the scene in front of you the essential components that will create an image with impact. Chapters on people, architecture, and the natural world give detailed guidance on how to best capture these different subjects. Well worth reading for the beginning to moderately skilled amateur photographer. It's a book that would be a great reference for photography students.
