This is ridiculous when your competitor's offer this automatically to accommodate everyone in our households. If nothing else, details on whether CC is available for this specific movie should be somewhere in the black graphic box at the top under the "Available in HD, etc" or near the one click PURCHASE button area. It should state ("CC is Available" or "CC is NOT available", it's that simple) I guess one should have never 'assume' as a first time Amazon Instant video customer but I know now. C'mon Amazon, we're 1 day away from 2013. Get it together and hire someone to ensure these details are made clear for every movie you expect payment for. Then in 2014, make sure CC is available for every movie you offer.
