Book Description

August 31, 2010
Are you being followed around by groups of people that you don't know? Strange occurrences? Losing jobs, having to move, and a whole lot of bad luck that just can't be explained? Feeling as if you are being watched? Under surveillance?

Closing the Gap takes a deeper look in how laws are being perverted to blacklist and target innocent people and put them on notification lists, once listed, the persons life slowly starts to fall apart.

Complaint after complaint about groups of strangers following and stalking go unheard. Harassment by strangers in the community goes ignored by authorities, and an innocent persons life starts to fall apart and they never know why.

Rumours and gossip follows. Friends, family and those around the target start to think maybe the person is having a mental breakdown, but in reality it's just the start of an unimaginable nightmare, that can continue for years to come.

Closing The Gap takes a deeper look into the Gang Stalking phenomenon and how community notification programs are being used and abused to destroy the lives of innocent citizens. These programs are being used to create a system of state control and conformity.

The citizens of democratic countries have been mobilized as weapons for the state. They are being used as a clearing house for those who the state see as unfit, and undesirable. The state in every community, workplace, and most families have created a disturbing, interconnected system of surveillance, and control.

Once targeted, the person in question is blacklisted. Then those around the target are categorically enlisted into the states monitoring, supervision, and annexing of the target.

Review

Closing The Gap looks at how easy it is to be listed. Have you ever written a harsh letter, had a verbal confrontation, or filed a workplace grievance? You could be on a list, and once flagged you life is systemically destroyed. --GSW

Being stalked by groups you don't know? Strange run of bad luck? Moving a lot, changing jobs a lot, strangers saying mean things? C.T.G. is an eyeopening look at how laws are being used to turn citizens into enemies of the state. --IndieInspired

From the Inside Flap

Closing The Gap is a continuance of Bridging The Gap. The book takes a deeper look into how these community notification programs are being used and abused. These awareness registry programs are being used to create a system of state control and conformity. The book looks at how these programs are being used to systemically and categorically destroy the lives of innocent citizens.

In democratic societies today there is a state mechanism that would match or surpass what was seen in many communist countries such as the former East Germany. The citizens of these democratic countries under these alert or awareness programs have been mobilized as weapons for the state. They are being used as a clearing house for those who the state see as unfit, undesirable, different, outspoken, whistle-blowers, non conformists, etc.

Under the guise of listing and identifying those who have acted in an inappropriate manners, such as those who might be mentally ill, on drugs, sexual perverts, predators, pedophiles, etc. The state in every community, workplace, and most families have created a disturbing, interconnected system of surveillance, and control. Once targeted, the person in question is blacklisted. Finding employment, housing, and any form of social acceptance may become difficult for the person once they have been listed.

Using social control, peer pressure, and letters that request that the participants silence, those around the Targeted Individual are poisoned into thinking that the person has done something wrong, or is capable of doing something wrong. They are categorically enlisted into the states monitoring, supervision, and annexing of the target. This over time leads to the target acting out as they realise that something is ongoing around them,  but often being unsure what it is. The targets consistent requests for aid to get what turns out to be community mobbing stopped is often seen as a sign of mental illness, or even drug related. Those around the target come to believe that the target really is problematic, while the target just like workplace mobbing targets, becomes desperate to find any aid or assistance that can be provided to them.

Gang Stalking as it has become fondly known is the name that has been given to this systemic practice. As with workplace mobbing the consequences to society and the individual are often devastating, as the target is disenfranchised and often unable to support themselves. There is indeed a silent and often all too lethal systemic apparatus that does indeed reach out to destroy and discredit illegally those targeted by these listings. This state apparatus is willing to use legal and illegal means alike to achieve these goals.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wake Up America, October 6, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Closing The Gap: Gang Stalking (Paperback)
For the uninitiated in organized stalking, this book will open your eyes to a scary world you did not know existed before and will wish you did not know existed once you have read the book. Our American government is complicit in using psychological terror tactics or worse and 24/7 surveillance against innocent American citizens who have been put on community watch lists for no good reason at all. The purpose is to destroy the victim completely including pushing them into suicide which many have done already. Its a real shock for American citizens to find out that our national security agencies operate on about the same footing as histories most notorious regimes in human rights violations like the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany. I can attest to the truth behind the information in this book about organized stalking because I have been a victim of this crime for over three years now. This book will be good for anybody new to learning about this topic and also to share with others who are still in the dark about this subject. If you are already a long time aware target this book wont tell you too much you do not already know but like I said above it is a good book and source of information to share with non targets. It has a lot of typos that need to be fixed.

5.0 out of 5 stars My Review of Closing the Gap: Gang Stalking, October 15, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Closing The Gap: Gang Stalking (Paperback)
This is one of the best resources I have come across in the years I have been victimized by and studying gang stalking. That being said, I have some critical opinions and thoughts about the book.
Firstly, David Lawson's Cause Stalking was flawed in several respects. However, he did identify cells of individuals operating territorially and in communication with each other nationwide. He also properly noted that these group's foot soldiers are low-level criminals often engaged in this as a sadistic sport.
Bailey is correct in noting that only the government has the resources to carry out gang stalking in its manifestation seen over the past generation. However, rather than viewing this as mere "governing through crime" as Natapoff who he cites describes the related snitch system, the government is coopting social forces within the criminal element in a Nazi/Soviet-bloc fashion. The government is facilitating these forces with ample institutional forces from its own ranks (cops, firefighters, mailmen, etc.).
He is missing an obvious thread here. The Washington agenda has always sought to destroy the hire echelon criminals such as the mob and cults (he discusses cults). The informant/snitch system from which the bulk of gang stalking members are drawn operates within the territories of Washington's enemies, and, has an obvious nexus to higher echelon criminals. It is easy to see a civil rights conspiracy in which the government argues that these gang stalking groups are terrorist organizations controlled by higher criminal structures including traditional organized crime. In fact, my phone discussions with the National Center for Victims of Crime in Washington, D.C. resulted in my being told that the only "validated" cases of gang stalking were in fact performed by "mafia personnel". Indeed, I am personally aware of numerous cases of gang stalking performed by traditional organized crime in the New York City area.
Bailey does not realize that criminals, albeit highly infiltrated by informants, have their own paralel stalking lists. Much of what the government does in relation to targets of organized crime and other conspiracies who end up on gang stalking lists, is to mimic the criminals behavior through government theatre. Bailey misses this point as much as LCN.
I do believe ultimate responsibility is with the government. Gang stalking is a government directed activity leading to dehumanizing conditions and death-i.e., it is legally Genocide.
Also, through my contacts with over 100 legitimate cases of gang stalking, I believe that there are a strong minority of cases that are "generational". One such sub-category is the gang stalking of individuals with family histories of outspoken anti-semitism. This is a sub-category in which traditional organized crime killed and derailed the lives of many victims through an arrangement with the Jewish Community-especially the vehement ultra-orthadox factions.
In a fascist, COINTELPRO-style manner, this has to be looked at as the government acting in a highly Machiavellian fashion, using splitting, tripple-crossing, and all manner of deceit to achieve its end, in true Lennonist fashion.
I also believe that many readers would appreciate some background on Bailey. I perused Harassment 101 on Amazon and think he has a background in psychology, social work or a related area. I can understand why he may not want to give too much detail.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazon should be applauded for being brave enough to carry this, March 12, 2011
This review is from: Closing The Gap: Gang Stalking (Paperback)
Given how dangerous the gang stalking fascist racketeers have become, it is laudable that Amazon carries this.

Gang stalking is about money. Gang stalkers must find people to victimize to keep the community willing to give them protection money.

The more scared the gang stalkers keep the community, the more protection money they get.

I doubt the book will discuss the full array of chemical, biological and energy weapons that these scum use, but this looks like a good start.
