These are made of a durable and comfortable elasticized fabric blend. It's a non-slip fit and holds shape and size through repeated use and washings.

For sizing we usually recommend that you match your t-shirt size. Unless your body type is one extreme or the other, that's what we have them made to fit. Remember, it's not the length of your foot that matters, it's more a question of how big around your ankle happens to be.

I bought these for my son, who had requested some type of ankle support for sports related use. The ankle padding was a little too thick for what he needed, but my wife tried them on; she loves them and is using them for kickboxing and exercising! They give a tremendous amount of support for the achilles area, and are very well constructed.
