When I go to the cleaners I usually have a dozen or so items. We do have clothes hooks over the back doors but they don't hold very much. We purchased a couple of different add on hooks that were plastic and both broke after some time. After the last debacle when it broke in several pieces, I decided to see if I could find one made of metal. Well this Heavy Duty Carrier did the trick. I have used it a couple of times and I love it. It easily carries a dozen garments. The only slightly annoying thing is hearing it cling/clanging when it has nothing on it. Easy to avoid by putting in the glove box. I highly recommend this carrier.

After years of using plastic hanger-hooks that all broke, it is nice to have this carrier. It really is heavy duty and has a large capacity. It will last longer than your car for sure !

If you have a hard time hanging more than 1-2 things from the hooks or handles in your car, this is the answer. Very sturdy.

I tried this & one other in-car hangar & found they both work very well. The design of this model is simple & straightforward. It's attractive, durable, and works very well in narrow spaces. Great product!

I got this because the hanger system built into my car could barely hold onto one hanger. Definitely does the job although I have one criticism, the main hanger sometimes comes off the hook in my car (2006 VW Jetta). It could be just my car but I fixed the problem by rubberizing the main hanger. Not expensive (local hardware store) to do by any means and it fixed the problem 100%.

Love this thing! Works exactly as advertised. We use it to transport our clothing home form the cleaners - VASTLY better than having all those hangers dig into your hand!! It easily slips over the typical overhead handle, too, and the rounded tip prevents the handle from being scratched up by the hangers. Overall, a great, sturdy tool.

Neither of my cars has a "proper" clothes hook, in place of which these have been effective and appreciated for commercial laundry trips and vehicular travel. They're nicely finished, yet heavy gauge and tough.
