I've brought the kindle version. Some graphics can't even display properly.
The book is on cloud computing. However, there are over 70% contents on ITIL. There are less than 10 pages directly on cloud computing. What a shame.

This book is over priced and old ideas wrapped up as new. It does not actually focus on cloud computing but describes existing service management and general ITmanagement techniques with a sprinkling of cloud terms. The book author does not seem to understand the fundamental changes to IT processes and makes no new observations or advice.
Don't usually write many reviews but this book was particularly irksome given the price tag of 45 dollars
