I am generally very happy with this purchase. I was initially surprised by how light this jacket appears, and thought it would not keep me warm during the frigid Michigan winters. So far, so good. It has performed well in 20 degree weather with high winds. The sizing is accurate, and the fit is comfortable. The fleece lining at the sleeve edges is a nice touch. Two complaints: the hood doesn't stay on well, and the bottom part of the coat doesn't adequately permit sideways movement, e.g. getting into a car. To secure the hood, I have to tie a scarf around my neck after I put the hood on; and regarding the restricted movement, when getting into a car, I have to lift up the coat so the bottom of the zipper doesn't pop open. This is not an issue of the coat being too small. I have other similarly styled coats that don't do this.

This coat is extremely high waisted. I ordered an XL because I am 5'8" with an athletic build (wider shoulders) and the waist on this coat was 3-4" higher than my waist. Because it is so fitted, the waist area on the coat is quite defined. Other than that it seemed like a nice coat, but I had to return it because of the waist issue.
