This product is amazing. Just dab it onto a seam line and it will turn and lay flat almost without ironing. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to sew two pieces of fabric together and turn them inside out. Just hope when the little quantity of activating chemical runs out I can find it separate without having to purchase a whole kit again.

I used this notion in a class where we were making flat fell seams on silk organza. This made it so easy! I went out and bought one right away to help with narrow hems on sheer fabrics. It gives you a great deal of control, much better and safer than using a iron. I am sure it would help with piecing cotton fabrics too. It is worth it's high price.

I only purchased this pen because the pattern I was using (flag with no sew curves) recommended. I was pleasantly surprised how useful this is to achieving great results. I will use it on other patterns, where possible.

My quilt store owner told me these were in her shop when she bought it. They never sold and she never tried one out. She nearly gave them away to move them out.

I took a class (not from the store above) on tips and tricks, she taught us how to make rings with way less effort than traditional methods and used this pen to encourage the fabric to lay nicely when turned. It works!!

This is a great tool I discovered after 60 (what?) years of sewing! Great for hem-turning, even to iron out a pressed-in crease. Just stroke it on your fabric, using a ruler or even a curve as a guide, and voila! It makes the fabric turn so easily that only finger-pressing is needed. Makes a nice crisp line - will be wonderful for applique as well as binding quilts, etc.

Really wanted to like this pen. I was pressing pintucks into a bedskirt. Frankly, using the iron was more exact and just as easy for my application. It was expensive for an itme that was unimpressive in function. Personally, I would forego the pen, after my experience.

This really works! In making clothes for my Grand daughter I am making a lot of small hems. Always frustrating when pressing and burning your fingers. So I got this and experimented using it on half the hem. When I pressed the folding pen side I had a sharp crease and the other half needed to be pinned before sewing. A great time saver and more accurate job.
