Not for newbies,

The product was difficult to setup. Tech support was ok (company only has 2 employees). BUT, the dynamic IP service was discontinued and the company has no plans to reinstate. This means you need to try and setup a dynamic DNS service with another company - good luck. Finally, and assuming you get the dynamic IP address issues resolved, the video images cannot be accessed straight over the Internet- each computer has to have Clover's net viewer software installed. THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH SMARTPHONES!
