Dance music and house music have evolved so much over the last ten years and it's pretty incredible just how big it's finally getting here in the U.S. With that said, every Tiesto album is an evolution from one CD to another. He never does the same thing twice. That's why so many people love his music because it's always changing and Club Life Vol. 2 is just that. Something totally different than what Tiesto's done in the past and yet it still blows you away.
If you're a Tiesto fan you will not be disappointed and if you're a new listener to dance music you won't be disappointed either. Tiesto is amazing at producing some unbelievable songs and truly gifted at putting a mix together for an album. You could go to a club, play this album and the crowd would have no idea they weren't listening to a live DJ because this is exactly what you would hear at one of Tiesto's concerts.
If you're a Tiesto fan you will not be disappointed and if you're a new listener to dance music you won't be disappointed either. I was such a huge fan of Club Life: Volume One Las Vegas, that buying this CD was a no-brainer. However, there aren't as many impressive tracks on this collection as there are on Las Vegas. Like the other Club Life collections, this is a Tiesto produced album that is a collection of other DJ's songs all mixed together (sort of like how a collection of short stories can have a single editor that keeps the stories flowing together). However, tracks 6 and 7 outshine the other songs so much that it's hard to listen to the other songs.
If you like Tiesto, definitely pick this up. If you're just a casual listener, purchase Somebody that I used to Know and Paradise individually.

Killed It
