5.0 out of 5 stars classic underground s***!!
This album isnt for the average rap fan, so dont buy it if your expecting mainstream hip hop you hear on the radio. every three 6 mafia fan and hypnotize mind fan needs to pick this up if they dont already got it.

best songs:

Half on a sack or blow

3.0 out of 5 stars Not bad to say it was recorded at home
This is probably Triple Six's best underground collection release. Even though it isn't high-quality production (it was done on cheap home equipment), it's lots of entertainment. "Lick My Nutts" and "Long And Hard" are hilarious, as is "Slob On My Knob Pt. II" - ladies, don't expect any sensitive love songs here. D.J. Paul, Juicy J, and Lord Infamous make it quite...

f*** dat s***
tear da club up (the ORIGINAL version)

Also go get Underground Vol.1 which probably isnt as good of a full album, but has the best songs like Playa Hataz, Walk Up 2 Yo House, Ridin N Da Chevy, Now im High, Really High and Where Da Bud At.

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Club Memphis Underground 2 (Audio CD)
This cd is tight.Three sixmafia was just gettin started on this album. But you can tell this was back in the day because Lord Infamous voice is not deep like it is now.Juice is rapping real low and Paul is rappin quicker. And skinny pimp was on there.I even know that was him.I thought 3-6 would have deleted his verse cause they had beef with him and he was not with anymore. But listen to track 3,and 18.Youll here him.Plus project Pat is on there

About what you have come to expect from the old three six. Not a bad song on the album with a couple of gems in there. Production was great as usual and lyrics are about what you expect from them. If three six is your thing then this album is definitely for you.

4.0 out of 5 stars Awesome collection of underground Three 6 sh*t!, January 20, 2001
This review is from: Club Memphis Underground 2 (Audio CD)
This album is great, but I gave it 4 stars because there were a couple songs that I didn't like very much and also there were 3 or 4 useless skits. The best songs on here are Suck A N***a D**k Part 2(hilarious head doctor cut), Funky Town(AMAZING verse from Lord Infamous on this one), Lick My N*tts(the chorus had me rollin'), Slob On My Knob Part 2(another hilarious head doctor song), Liquor And Dat Bud, Beat Down, and Long And Hard(another funny X-rated song). Overall this is a good cd to have if you enjoy Three 6 Mafia(especially their old stuff), so check it out!

D.J. Paul, Juicy J, and Lord Infamous make it quite clear that they aren't the "lovey-dovey" types... and they do it in a way that, unless you're a saint, will have you rolling on the floor laughing. Three 6 Mafia has always managed to make the bland genre of rap enjoyable and entertaining, and they're one artist I don't mind supporting.

Volume two is pure uncut underground tracks that are refreshing to listen to. HALF ON A SACK OR BLOW is a pimped out song that will have you bobbin ya head till ya neck breaks. F**K MY N**TTS contains a really nice piano sample and tongue-twisting rhymes from the scarecrow. F**k DAT S**T is a comedic jab from none other then the juice manne Juicy J. LONG AND HARD offers a laid back feel that's smooth. I recommend this to all three six mafia fans along with the other two underground volumes.

Vol. 2-Club Memphis contains pure underground cuts that have refreshing mixes. Half on a sack is a laid back song, F**k my n**tts has a perfect piano sample and candid lyrics from Lord infamous, F**k dat s**t is a comedic jab from the Juice manne that has a hilarious chorus, and Long and Hard is a mellow track with a satirical hook. Volume 2 is a must for those who like the triple six mafia. (P.S. go get Volumes one and three.)

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome Music for Serious People, October 31, 2000

Some listeners may not appreciate the totally new approach to heavy metal and rap, but I'm certain that you will. Wilbur and Orville were laughed at too at Kitty Hawk. Did they quit? Heck no, they went on to invent those tiny bags of inedible peanuts and lavatories meant only for midgets. First Class music for the Economy Class. Do we deserve anything less? I agree totally with the song about beating-up girls. It doesn't hurt them much: maybe a black eye or a bloody lip. Besides, people of all races, colors, creeds and national origins have the right to be physically abused equally. Isn't that what Article III of the United States Constitution stipulates? This is America - not Communist China!

Maybe you all have different ears than me, but what the heck does "Gettz da jammin' B-Funk in da getto," "get down to da funk wid da hood," and "day beez wis da homies an da smack attack" mean? I can't understand a single line. Does anyone know where I can buy an Ebonics-to-English dictionary? I like "Club Memphis: Underground Vol. 2" because it's the kind of album that's so real in a different sort of way. If you like really good music by Da MoFos, Snoopy Da Rapper and Da Big Hippity Hopping Bunny, you'll love these jams.

If I want "art" I'll go to Paris and visit the Louvre. For rock & roll music, I know that "Club Memphis: Underground Vol. 2" is the right place. Stand-up and be counted in the fight against "cute" music by "cute" teen idols. Masterpiece is an understatement. The only song that I don't care for is the one about guys and guys together. The way I figure it, guys should be with girls, and girls should be with guys. I mean, God created Adam and Eve - not Adam and Steve. To each his own, but I'll just stick with the regular way. This is the kind of music that's good to listen to while you're relaxing and doing nothing. REALLY awesome music for serious people who have serious brains with serious thoughts. The words are so REAL. Unlike trying to memorize the capitals of all the states, you can really learn something from the words.
