This book is a very good and helpfull tool for everybody-from professionals to amateurs. It has a good structured layout with easy to understand instructions and many illustrations to provide you with more information. If you are owning a OMC stern drive or you're a professional, this book is a must have.

I found the "Clymer OMC Cobra Stern Drive Shop Manual 1986-1993: Includes 1988 and 1989 King Cobra Models" manual to be very concise and accurately detailed. For the money it is one of the best (and one of the very few at that, at this price-point). I have found it to be a handy, helpful source of needed knowledge relating to the overall mechanics of the OMC Cobra I/O engine and stern drive. I would recommend this to others who have applicable OMC models and need for detailed info on repair and maintenance, of those specific OMC model power units.

This is a very helpful manual for the weekend amateur boat mechanic. The illustrations are helpful and the text answers the questions.

This book was exactly what I expected from a Clymer manual. Good pictures, clear instructions and an intuitive layout made for easy reference while working on my engine.
