This does what it says, cleans you out and you feel better. I tried Dr. Natura and that was good, but this is much better. I even bought 3 more for my family...

This product feels toxic! I recommend Dr. Natura's cleanse over this. I just felt crampy and like I took a bunch of Ex-lax most of the time!
