The tracking of balls, strikes, and pitches thrown is done easily with this counter. The fantastic customer service is a plus as well.

had problems with first item, supplier immediately shipped new one and credited me for new battery purchased.

I have now bought 4 of these and 3 of them did not work. I am so disappointed in them-Amazon made it really easy for me to return, but "Coach Dave" should also be reviewing the product and should make sure junk isn't being sent to customers who are looking forward to their products. I even reached out to Coach Dave and his website and I have yet to hear back from them. They seem to be really professional about their products and they have done nothing be let a customer down.

This is a great tool for getting instant feedback on how my pitchers are doing - both in a game and while developing a pitcher in practice or even tryouts. I haven't seen anything better or easier to use.

The Unit died after one season, This was not a battery issue. the unit simply died. the features are good but it gives balls/stikes in a percentage not an actually B/S type count which is not ideal for me.
