I was pleasantly suprised at the size, neither so big that things get lost in it, nor too small to be functional. So many purses look smallish online but when they arrive, are the size of suitcases. This is a gorgeous purse that has quickly become my favorite. It's also nice that it can be an arm bag or worn over the shoulder. if they had more colors, I would definitely be tempted to add to my collection.

They didn't send the original item and I FINALLY got them to respond to me and Debi said she would send it to me for FREE! I clarified it and asked if I would have it by Christmas. She PROMISED I would have it by Christmas, but now they didn't have the one I had ordered and wanted to send me a different color. I said okay, since there would be no charge to me. The other stipulation was that I had to remove my bad review I had given the company for BAD service. I removed it in good faith and to this day have not received my replacement bag! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be filing with the Attorney General, as well. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter and I was left NOT holding the bag at Christmas! TERRIBLE COMPANY..NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WEBTREO!

The service was great, I love the bag! It is perfect in size, not to big & not to small! I recieved it quick & the company sent me a hand written note. I was very impressed...you just don't get customer service like that anymore! I LOVE IT! THANK YOU! I will definitley consider buying from this company again. :-)
