Amazon Verified Purchase
First, I have to say I absolutely love amazon, and have no issues with them. However, this particular seller - designercentral is just plain SHADY. I bought this Coach bag and tried putting my credit cards in the slots designed for them....and they wouldn't fit. So, since the purpose was to use it for that, I decided to return it. I read the very detailed and specific instructiions (although frought with grammatical mistakes - very unprofessional) on how to return. I could tell just by reading them that this was not someone I should have done business with. I had 5 business days to return, not bad, but I had to first contact them to get a "return number", also normal, but I couldn't get them to respond for 2 days! and every future response was always at least 24 hours later and in the middle of the night. They are located in CA and they say their business hours are M-F 11am - 5pm PT, but they didn't respond during that time and certainly not timely. Anyway, I did exactly as instructed and mailed it back (managing to still make the 5 business days rule), including the paperwork, etc. And waited...and waited. After about a month, I contacted them about refund and they claimed they never got the return! The place where I shipped it from is owned by a personal friend and she verified the shipment, but I didn't send it via a trackable mthod (my fault), so I can't prove it. Then I got the run around trying to find out about it. Who was I? where did I send it? where exactly was it shipped from? try back again and maybe we will have found it....I guess it's possible that the United States Postal Service lost or stole it, but I find that hard to believe. My lesson learned here is to NEVER do business with this seller and obviously only send items via FedEx or UPS. The way this seller has acted however, throughout the process, was NOT helpful and NOT professional. I question whether they are a legitimate operation. I am charging back my purchase and hopefully can recover the $104 from my credit card Co (which, by the way was WAY overpriced - found the exact same thing in a Coach Outlet for $49!!! not on sale or anything - this was the price!). And my credit cards fit into the slots....so...maybe theirs was a fake too...who knows?! BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!

Totally loved this purse. Perfect size to put credit cards, cell phone and any other smaller makeup items. Id recommend this as a going out purse, hangs on wrist.
