Excellent Pointers
This is one of the few coaching books available and it teaches with words and good photos. Any coach would find it invaluable.

Audio CDs
I bought these to listen to in my car during long drives, and while there is some good information contained in the CDs, the narrator didn't seem to be too particularly enthusiastic about the subject material. The CDs also did not come with any index whatsoever, so without creating your own (after listening to all 6), good luck finding a particular subject later on...
