Dawidowicz demonstrates an uncanny insight into the processes affecting the motivation of the human spirit. His synthesis of several disciplines into a method of understanding and directing our motivations as a living, organic system will facilitate the path of coaches in guiding people towards their respective goals.
Highly recommend reading and embracing these gems of knowledge .

Paul explains the three-step model and how different philosophies and cultures use it but vary slightly depending on their belief systems. He uses a "why", "what", and "how" Venn diagram to determine what the client wants, why (purpose of the motivation), and how to achieve it. Although I'm not an expert on this subject, I learned some interesting techniques on how to conduct business.
