2.0 out of 5 stars Very elementary in nature., November 9, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Coaching for Development: Skills for Managers and Team Leaders (Fifty-Minute Series) (Paperback)
Best suited for supervisory personnel with limited experience and limited education. Not helpful to experienced managers with some exposure to management theory and interpersonal dynamics. Too much of a "recipe" book.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good for young managers, January 23, 2008
This review is from: Coaching for Development: Skills for Managers and Team Leaders (Fifty-Minute Series) (Paperback)
This is a basic skills book for young managers, though I would recommend this book for several experienced managers I've come across. It has very helpful tools on how to manager others in a positive and constructive manner. It is not super in depth and is not a "bible" of managment, however, I did find it to be extremely helpful for basic managerial skill development.
