The American Sport Education Program (ASEP) is the most widely used and respected sport education program in the United States and the world. ASEP's mission is to help improve the sport experiences of all youth athletes by providing quality instructional resources, workshops, and courses for coaches, officials, administrators and parents. this video is a very good resource for novice coaches as well as people who would like to learn how to play the game. the drills are designed for youth age group (14 y/o and below)so if you're looking for more advanced skills,this is not for you.the instructions and skill demonstrations were clearly presented. it also shows the basic why's of basketball. it is a must for youth coaches as well as physical education instructors.
