This book fills a need in a clear and concise way. For too long information on the issues of beach erosion and development have not been presented to the public in a readable form. Discussions about beach re-nourishment, setback lines and development practices have often been based on financial or emotional issues. Here the scientific material which is often only available in hard to find and very technical reports and papers is presented in one place.
If you are interested in a readable unbiased view of these issues this is the book for you. |
