The pen is heavy, but i like that. the light could be brighter, but it works in a pinch. but c'mon, a pen/light shouldn't be your only light source. i use it as a backup. my only gripe is that the clip isn't mounted to the pen, it is easily removed or slid off (sometimes causes the light to turn on when the clip hits the button). i glued my clip in place, now it suits my needs perfectly.

This is the best flashlight / pen combination I have found. It makes a great gift and is attractively packaged. The light is very bright and the pen works well, too.

I wish the on/off switch was harder to press to prevent accidentally turning it on (like in a theater :( ). You can place the pocket clip over the switch to prevent that but then you can't use the clip.

I could live without the "blinking" modes, too, but no big deal. I like it!
