This book starts out as an insight into the suburban middle-class lifestyle of some English teens who are into things that would shock their elders. The book then takes an unexpected turn toIndia weaving a hard-to-believe tale of international intrafamily drug-running. The writer has a way with words but a sophomoric approach to plot development. I do intend to read more by Matthew Branton and see if he improves with age. (I believe he wrote this book at 29.)
