seafood recipes
Here's an amazing number of recipes in one book. I haven't tried half of them yet. This book provides good value for its modest price. I like it. Wayne Heinz, author of, How to Catch Salmon, Sturgeon, Lingcod, Rockfish, and Halibut Along the Pacific Coast: Fish On!

Too many canned seafood recipes
A large portion of the book is devoted to the use of canned salmon and tuna. Too little of the book offers imaginative preparation of fresh fish actually caught on the West Coast. This would be a good book for a couple with minimal cooking experience and a limited food budget but won't be of interest to cooks looking for creative preparations.
