Mind blowing poetry I thought as I was inspired by this fabulous book of peotry. The poet writes from here heart and shares her deepest passion of love and thankfulness to the Lord which inspired her life. I read this and was inspired and was reminded that there is a God of Truth that Loves us all. She has something for everyone in this book. A few peoms reminded me of prayers of thank you. Be thankful for the talents that we have been blessed with and thank God through the use of those talents, just as Jill Eisnaugle has in this great book Costal Whispers.
She uses nature to express how she feels, it's like her connection with the world using her expirences whether good or bad to portray positive results in life.

Happy to Recommend!, February 29, 2004
This review is from: Coastal Whispers (Paperback)
The author states that this book of poetry `has something for everyone' and after reading it, I would agree. The poems in this book embrace a myriad of topics from faith in God, to nature, to friendship and love, to life's tragedies, heartaches, and triumphs. I especially liked the poems reflecting what the author sees and feels near the ocean.
I am happy to recommend Coastal Whispers to anyone who enjoys poetry written from one's heart and soul.

MIDWEST BOOK REVIEW, April 27, 2004
This review is from: Coastal Whispers (Paperback)
What does one expect in a work of poetry? Inspiration? Humor? Words that will seep deep into your subconscious and draw upon a hidden emotion?
Unlike a story with a plot, each poem written from the heart of a true poet is the expressions of their soul, the passion of their personal experiences in life written from the recesses of their inner being, and birthed with pen in hand. This is what you will find within the pages of "Coastal Whispers."
The author brings to the reader selections that would fulfill any seeker of heart felt words with delight and satisfaction. Whether it be words of faith in a God that loves us, the majesty of nature or the tenderness of love, Ms. Eisnaugle pens the words that touch the heart in rhyming poetry that seems to sooth the inward soul.
One of my favorites was "God's Will", page 25 and I quote a small
part, verse one:
There is no greater blessing
Than the knowledge of the
truth.
No greater gift surpassing,
Than to know just what to do.
verse 6:
And let this be my true
conviction
To be a called and chosen
one,
And to back it up with action;
For, "Oh Lord, Thy will be
done."
Words of wisdom, words of truth.
"Coastal Whispers", a book well worth your time, recommended for poetry lovers and for readers that wish to calm the savage beast within them.
